Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about your project.
Here is what to expect when you contact Falcone’s Roofing & Construction.
Before you begin
What homeowners usually want to know.
Who handles the project work?
The Falcone team coordinates the project from the first conversation through the proposed scope. Work is performed by qualified tradespeople and appropriately licensed contractors where required.
What happens after I send a request?
The Falcone team reviews the details and follows up to clarify the property concern, location, and timing. From there, the project can move toward an evaluation, scope, and proposal.
Does sending a request commit me to anything?
No. A request simply starts a conversation. You decide whether to schedule an evaluation, request a proposal, or move forward.
Can you help with an active roof leak?
Yes, you can describe the leak and urgency in the form. For electrical hazards, structural concerns, flooding, or another immediate safety emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service first.
What types of projects can I ask about?
Common requests include residential and commercial roofing, HOA and multifamily work, insurance-related restoration, flat and low-slope systems, waterproofing, balconies, coatings, repairs, replacements, maintenance, and general construction.
What areas are currently covered?
We serve the San Fernando Valley, Alhambra, greater Los Angeles, and surrounding communities. Availability depends on the project, location, and schedule.
Should I send photos?
Photos can be helpful, especially wide views of the roof area and close-ups of the concern. Avoid climbing onto a roof or entering an unsafe area to take them.
How are price and warranty handled?
Pricing, scope, contract terms, and any available warranty are explained in the project proposal so you can review everything before authorizing work.
